IPHD School Feeding Program in Republic of Congo. In 2001, International Partnership for Human Development (IPHD) began implementing USDA food aid grant to schools in five designated regions of the Republic of Congo. The school feeding program provides a monthly ration of 4.5kg to 140,000 school children in 274 schools. US pinto beans and US rice are economical and nutritious program staples.
