USDBC welcomes Dario Bard as Regional Representative for the Americas programs (not including Mexico), based in Argentina. Dario is a seasoned public relations and promotion professional with over twenty years of experience in the U.S. and Latin America. Most recently he was a global reporter for the International Food Trader Magazine where he covered pulse industry news. His knowledge of the dry bean industry coupled with a strong and varied background in conducting promotional activities throughout Latin America is a tremendous asset to USDBC and will make for a seamless transition.

Dario will be working together with Ellen Levinson, Senior Representative, Americas Programs, to continue to grow our market share in the region. He will be conducting monitoring and reporting on local crop production in Argentina and throughout the region, assisting with various trade missions and various regional promotional events. As we are coming off of a year of strong growth in dry bean exports to the region, we expect that 2018 will be Just as active and dynamic. Join me in welcoming Dario on board.
