USDBC Wows the Crowd at Almentaria with New Display and Cooking Demos

USDBC debuted an enhanced display in a prime location at this year’s Alimentaria show in Barcelona Spain from April 16 – 19, 2018. The booth location on the main aisle of the hall was an advantageous spot and as part of the USA Pavilion, gave industry members additional meeting space. The display also featured a cooked legume tasting counter featuring various dry bean dishes that attracted hundreds of visitors and generated over seventy trade leads from 22 countries and over 100 buyer/seller meetings. This continues to be an important opportunity for the U.S. dry bean industry as the third largest global food expo after SIAL and ANUGA. The next Alimentaria takes place April 20 – 23, 2020.
